About the Role

You will oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring smooth warehouse functions, excellent customer service, and efficient inventory management. You’ll play a key role in managing the parts department, managing stock, and driving sales while mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the parts department including the warehouse.

Interpret customer requirements and provide technical parts support

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Work with the well established dealer group to increase sales

Manage inventory and coordinate regular stocktakes

Improve and maintain efficient department processes

Collaborate with internal teams to support parts transactions and reporting

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a parts department with mechanical aptitude

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Current driver’s licence

Additional Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
