About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and people focused Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our Osborne Park warehouse, supporting our Claremont and Joondalup company stores. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to communicate, organise, and motivate will be key to delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing inbound and outbound stock movements, including pick/pack operations and use of stockpickers.

• Managing inventory with precision, conducting regular stocktakes, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Solving operational challenges with analytical thinking and a calm, solutions-first approach.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment with a strong safety culture.

• Coordinating delivery schedules with customers and ensuring timely, professional communication.

• Liaising closely with our retail stores to ensure seamless service and support sales growth.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literacy with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• A current driver’s licence.

• A stockpicker licence (or willingness to obtain).
