We specialise in premium vehicle body building and a growing online spare parts division. Known for quality and reliability, we’re expanding and seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Hazelmere team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter with a customer-first mindset who can balance walk-in, phone, and email enquiries with online sales. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your parts knowledge to support customers, manage enquiries, process orders, and keep our Shopify store performing at its best. You’ll also play a key role in analysing sales trends and working with our Marketing and Digital team to grow the TL Spares business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and supply correct spare parts to customers (walk-in, phone, email, online).

Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.

Process and track orders, including online Shopify sales.

Maintain product data, stock availability, and pricing accuracy.

Review supplier performance and assist with sourcing and procurement.

Provide input into promotions, marketing campaigns, and online content.

Analyse sales data to recommend improvements and grow ecommerce sales.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter (automotive or related industry).

Strong knowledge of spare parts, catalogues, and supplier systems.

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

Comfortable using ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience highly regarded).

Analytical mindset – ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
