What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and coordinating a team of trades

Assisting with quoting and scope development for maintenance works

Managing day-to-day site progress, ensuring quality, safety, and timeframes are met

Working closely with clients, suppliers, and the operations team

Using job management systems to track tasks, schedules, and reporting

Deep understanding of trade sequencing and technical construction knowledge

Proven leadership skills - you know how to direct and support a team

Proficient with computers - must be confident using job management software and digital tools

Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills
