Heavy Duty Parts Australia are seeking a self motivated parts interpreter to join the team! The Parts Interpreter will be the central point of contact for customer enquiries related to earthmoving equipment repairs and maintenance parts. We require the services of a parts allrounder as the role also includes purchasing, goods in/out and potentially on site deliveries to have direct contact with clients for sales activities.

Key responsibilities to include:

Identifying and confirming the correct parts and requirements for the customers needs.

Goods receival, dispatch and invoicing through company ERP software (training provided)

Liaise with both international and local vendors regarding supply.

Ensuring customers are satisfied through the efficient and timely supply of parts;

Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently;

Ensuring stock levels are maintained through stock control, sourcing and purchasing;

Ensuring effective housekeeping and maintenance of the Parts Department;

Always working safe and efficient manner.

The successful candidate would require;

Excellent customer service and communication skills;

Excellent attention to detail;

Ability to work unsupervised and problem solve.

Mechanical Aptitude.

A current driver’s licence and forklift licence; and

A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and general computer skills.

Relevant parts experience preferred.
