A leading property development team is seeking a detail-driven Paralegal to support their legal and operations functions. This role offers exposure to property, contracts, and compliance work, contributing to major projects shaping Brisbane’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities

Support legal and project management teams

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence

Assist with conveyancing

Liaise with external consultants as required

Apply knowledge of property and development regulations

Manage multiple priorities and provide practical solutions

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a legal firm

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail

Proficiency in legal software (e.g., PEXA, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
