Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the region, is seeking an experienced Property & Commercial Paralegal to join their team. Working alongside a mix of senior lawyers, associates, and paralegals, this is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative department with an established client base.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Property & Commercial practice, with responsibilities including:

Managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish (QLD & NSW experience highly regarded)

Assisting on business and commercial transactions

Handling client enquiries and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders (clients, banks, agents, other solicitors)

Preparing correspondence, contracts, and online registrations

Working within PEXA workspaces and practice management systems

Providing general administrative and paralegal support to senior lawyers and the wider team

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

A minimum of 2 years’ paralegal experience (property/conveyancing focus preferred)

High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines

Excellent communication and client service skills

A proactive, team-oriented approach

Experience with LEAP and PEXA (desirable but not essential)
