We are seeking a motivated paralegal to join a busy and growing Body Corporate team in Brisbane. This is a full-time position offering the chance to build your career within a well-established practice that has a strong reputation across property, body corporate, management rights, corporate/commercial and litigation.

The Opportunity

Due to growth in the property and body corporate practice areas, we are looking for an experienced paralegal to provide end-to-end file support and assist a dynamic team. You will be working closely with a partner and several lawyers in a supportive environment with clear scope to further your career.

Key Responsibilities

Manage files from start to finish under lawyer/partner supervision

Open and close matters, including archiving

Draft and prepare correspondence and documentation

Assist with accounts, document conversions, and administrative support

Liaise with clients, lawyers, and stakeholders professionally

Maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities

About You

Previous paralegal experience, ideally in body corporate or property law

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with legal software such as Open Practice, iManage or PDFDocs is desirable

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

High attention to detail and strong client service focus
