Paralegal – Property & Development | Brisbane

Join a visionary development team shaping Brisbane’s skyline. Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support their legal and operations teams on a range of exciting projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with lawyers, project managers, and external consultants, contributing to high-impact developments across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the legal and operations teams
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Assist with conveyancing and property transactions
• Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders as required
• Ensure compliance with property and development regulations

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a legal firm or in-house legal team
• Strong understanding of property law and development processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in legal software including PEXA, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
