The Roles

Paralegal Roles

• Permanent positions with long-term growth potential.
• Temporary contracts rolling through to the New Year (with potential to become permanent).
• Immediate start available – jump straight into the action! But also happy to accomodate your notice period.

Legal Secretary (Temporary Contract)

• ASAP start rolling through to the New Year (with potential to become permanent).
• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of a high-profile property development, working closely with the legal and project management teams to:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and disclosure documents.
• Assist with Queensland conveyancing, off-the-plan contracts and retail leasing matters.
• Coordinate sales and settlements, liaising with buyers, solicitors, external consultants and project teams.
• Work alongside marketing and real estate teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Apply your knowledge of property and development regulations in a real-world, high-impact environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ legal or conveyancing experience.
• Skilled in Queensland conveyancing, off-the-plan contracts, and retail leasing.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PEXA, and legal software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and team skills.
• Confident to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
