The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will mainly be managing residential conveyancing files. Duties include:

• 
  First and final letters
• 
  contract perusal and dealing with the clients
• 
  on line searches
• 
  Following up on outstanding conditions
• 
  PEXA settlements
• 
  Settlement statements
• 
  and general file management duties

You will use SmokeBall precedents. There is also the opportunity to be trained up to assist on leasing and commercial property files.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Qld Residential Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary

Small law firm of 3 staff based at Wishart. Free parking on site, close to cafes and public transport. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation.
