Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own conveyancing files while working closely with the Conveyancing Manager and Partners.
• Reviewing residential and commercial property contracts.
• Drafting correspondence and liaising directly with clients.
• Taking new matter enquiries and conducting searches.
• Preparing and managing PEXA settlements.
• Attending local settlements and providing post-settlement client care.
• Assisting with leases, mortgages, and other property law matters.
• Supporting the wider team and ensuring settlements occur smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 2 years’ full-time conveyancing experience in Queensland.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional manner with outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A genuine passion for conveyancing and property law.
• (Desirable) Experience with PEXA, Settlement Adjuster, or Affinity practice management software.
• (Desirable) Familiarity with the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol and experience in OTP developments.
• (Desirable) Qualifications as a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations.
