About this opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join the Amos Air team in a part-time role (28 hours per week). This opportunity would suit someone organised, reliable and confident juggling a range of admin tasks in a small team. You will play an important role supporting our service operations.
If you’re confident working independently, have strong attention to detail and enjoy a role with variety and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
You’ll support our service team with day-to-day admin. Key responsibilities include:
· Managing incoming calls and emails
· Scheduling jobs and allocating them to technicians
· Raising service calls, maintenance jobs and invoices in Simpro
· Tracking technician training, licences and compliance records
· Coordinating office supplies and amenities
· Preparing reports and assisting with general admin
· Providing cover for the Service Coordinator during leave or peak times
This is a varied role with a strong focus on scheduling and coordination. Experience in a service-based business would be ideal, but not essential.
What you’ll bring
· Solid admin experience, ideally in a busy or service-focused environment
· Confidence allocating jobs and managing multiple schedules
· Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with invoicing or accounting systems
· Clear and professional communication, written and verbal
· Excellent attention to detail and time management
· A proactive and dependable approach to work
· Year 12 certificate or equivalent
· Permanent working rights in Australia
Experience using Simpro or similar systems is an advantage, but not essential.
Hours and flexibility
This is a genuine part-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. We’re open to discussing adjustments to the schedule if needed.
You will also need to be available to increase your hours occasionally, especially when our Service Coordinator is on leave. During these periods, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours to support the team.
As the business continues to grow, there may be opportunities to step into a full-time role in future. While we can’t make any guarantees, we’re always looking to support the right people to grow with us.
