Administration Assistant – Flexible Part-Time Role

Are you looking for a flexible part-time role that fits around school hours? Ivy Roofing Specialists is seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our supportive team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Office Administrator and General Manager providing essential day-to-day support to help keep our busy roofing business running smoothly.

This role is 2 days per week (with flexible hours to suit school drop-off and pick-up times). On occasion, you may be asked to cover additional days to support the team when required.

Administration Role

Provide general administration support to the Office Administrator & Coordinator and General Manager.

Manage emails, phone calls & scheduling tasks.

Book appointments for our team of estimators and liaise with homeowners to confirm bookings.

Assist with diary and calendar management.

Support customer service and reception duties.

Help with document preparation, filing & data entry.

Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders when required.

Carry out ad hoc office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Attributes.

Professional, friendly & approachable with strong communication skills.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook), ServiceM8 (our CRM) & standard office software

Proactive and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and willing to occasionally cover extra days if needed (e.g., sick leave).

Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, scheduling or customer service experience preferred
