About the Role and the Team:

- PM Shift start time 5pm

- Monday to Friday

- Wetherill Park Depot based

- Casual hourly award rate + OT+ Allowances where applicable.

We are currently recruiting an experienced individual to join our Customer Service team based in Wetherill Park NSW as a PM Administrator & Customer Service Officer.

Our Customer Service team plays an integral role in the operational and administrative functioning of our business. The successful candidate will be familiar with processing a variety of data entry and administrative duties in a fast-paced office.

We are not your usual Customer Service team, we understand that every enquiry is different, and every situation requires a unique approach. We are driven by excellence and strive to achieve a high standard of service for our customers daily.

Areas of Responsibility:

Entering connotes into TS Online ensuring accuracy.

Creating manifests for the interstate linehaul loads each night.

Emailing manifest to interstate depots and agents following correct procedures.

Completing dangerous goods manifest where applicable, ensuring the correct paperwork goes with the driver.

Completion of EIPs as required.

Process the local driver run sheets for FAA & subcontractor drivers at the end of the day.

Preparing revenue consignments for accounts.

Providing customer service and prompt resolution to customer queries

Data entry (customer pick ups, consignment notes, manifesting)

Time slot bookings

Creating onforwarding manifests

Accurate pallet reporting

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including FAA depots nationally

Other basic administrative and customer service duties.

Experience and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Demonstrated customer service and support capabilities.

Solid administrative and data entry experience.

Positive, reliable, and efficient work ethic.

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use initiative and collaborate with others.

Prior transport industry experience (highly desirable).
