A small but diverse Business Property Group requires the services of an Administration Assistant to assist our Property and Administration Manager to work 2 days a week with a starting rate of $35 per hour (depending on experience) plus super. The position will be based at Casula - days to be flexible but initially will be Mondays and Fridays 9am - 5pm. Applicant must also be available to cover Manager's sick leave and annual leave if required. The person we seek must have a pleasant persona and be able to work under pressure. You must have excellent computer skills, a common sense approach to problem solving and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills in regard to the urgency of various matters at hand and finish tasks on a timely basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist Property Manager with property management related matters including processing of rental statements and rental collection
Filing of documents, photocopying and scanning
Prepare/type letters, documents and reports etc.
Assisting with end of month procedures
Update and maintain WH&S System
To be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:
Administration experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience using MYOB
Ability to work under pressure
High attention to details
Drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential
