The Role
I am working with a Tier 2 commercial builder who is looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager for a new build aged care project in Brisbane, around $70M.

The project has already commenced and is due for completion around October 2026. You will be working alongside an experienced team of Foreman, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, HSE Advisors and Project Managers who are all site based.

The project is over 5 levels comprising of separate rooms and common areas, on a centrally located site in Brisbane. Experience across multi-level builds is essential.

This company genuinely looks after their staff, has a strong focus on safety and likes to internally promote and progress their team. They have long-termers right throughout the business and have made a reputable name for themselves in the industry.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

About You

• Proven tenure in your past roles
