Your New Role
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of a landmark 29-level apartment project in Brisbane’s inner south. From early programming and procurement through to handover, you’ll manage design coordination, financial control, risk management, and subcontractor performance. You’ll lead a well-structured delivery team (Site Manager, CA/SCAs, HSE) and act as the key client and consultant interface throughout the project.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-rise apartments or large D&C projects
• Strong leadership across design development, procurement, financial control, and program delivery
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to mentor and develop contract administration and site teams
• Sound knowledge of QLD construction codes and compliance
