The Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large scale townhouse development in Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing similar style projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.

About You

• Previous experience in managing townhouse or multistorey residential projects valued over $60M.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
