About the Opportunity
Our client is a privately owned, well-established property group with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across Australia. With an impressive pipeline of commercial and retail developments, they are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to take ownership of landmark projects from feasibility through to delivery.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a flat-structured environment where decisions are made quickly, and your input directly shapes outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development lifecycle for large-scale commercial and retail projects
• Oversee feasibilities, business cases, approvals, design management, construction delivery and tenant negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders
• Drive commercial outcomes, ensuring developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business

About You

• Proven track record in senior development roles, ideally within commercial and/or retail built-form projects
• Strong financial and feasibility modelling skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capability
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
• Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, finance, or a related field
