Project Manager – Luxury Multi-Res | Up to $220k-$280k + Super
Palm Beach Location | 3–5 Years of Pipeline Projects

We’re working with a respected construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a $20M+ luxury apartment project in Palm Beach. You’ll have full ownership of the build with support from a capable site team, plus the opportunity to roll straight onto an $85M and $135M development already secured on the Gold Coast. That’s 3–5 years of premium projects locked in.

The Role

• Lead a $20M+ multi-residential project from start through to handover
• Oversee program, contracts, costs and quality on site
• Manage and support a strong team including CA and Site Manager
• Build solid relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You

• 5+ years’ Project Management experience in multi-residential or commercial projects
• Proven track record delivering builds $10M+ independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive program and maintain quality outcomes on complex projects
