Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with our kitchen team to develop innovative menu items while enhancing food presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring precision and quality.
- Assume responsibility for kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and overall quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to effectively meet kitchen needs.
- Uphold cleanliness and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in a variety of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment and effectively manage pressure.
- Availability to work daytime hours and weekends.
