About the role

Golden Hotels' is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at our hotel located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standard

Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff

Ensuring the kitchen adheres to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborating with the team to develop innovative seasonal menus

Maintaining a clean, well-organised and efficient kitchen environment

Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality hospitality environment

Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and food safety standards

Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently under pressure

Passionate about using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious meals

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to change

Relevant culinary qualifications or certification

Knowledge of up-to-date food trends
