Sous Chef / Chefs / Cooks– Fremantle

Pancho’s Mexican Villa Restaurant is opening soon in Fremantle! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef and Chefs to join our team. These are full-time roles, with key shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Training will be provided at our East Victoria Park location prior to the Fremantle opening.

About the Role;
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and oversee all kitchen stations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet restaurant standards.
- Assist with menu and recipe development, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Step in to cook and manage service as needed, especially during busy periods.

Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef / Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
- Experience with Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage busy services (200+ covers).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be currently in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
