Donnybrook Accounting is a CPA accounting practice, with a reputation for delivering quality and client focused service. We have a diverse range of clients and provide accounting, business advisory and SMSF services.
We seek a highly organised and detail-orientated part-time Administrator to join our close-knit team and work on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by efficiently handling administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Providing administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing and processing ATO correspondence
Assisting with client inquiries and appointment scheduling, ensuring high professionalism and customer service
Management of the practice database
Assisting with billing, invoicing and purchasing and ordering office supplies
Collaborating with the whole team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks
Skills & Personal Attributes
Previous Administration experience in a busy office environment
Strong skills and proficiency in IT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A proactive and positive attitude, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
