Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead clinical practices and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.

Oversee nursing and care staff and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly clinical reviews.

Support clinical governance and compliance, addressing family concerns effectively.

Mentor teams in complex health care, palliative care, and dementia practices.

Manage clinical budgets and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with external health practitioners to enhance clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Clinical Leader in Aged Care

Registered Nurse with APHRA certification

Expertise in clinical care systems

Proven track record in delivering successful clinical improvement projects.

Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.

Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous learning.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Quality auditing experience and postgraduate health-related qualification (desirable)

Leadership or training certification (desirable)
