About the Role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, leading an experienced Clinical Care Manager, 24/7 RN coverage, and a dedicated team of staff.

• Lead a skilled multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care in line with the new Aged Care Standards and organisational objectives
• Drive operational performance while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture
• Work alongside approachable senior leaders with strong support from external AN-ACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams
• You’ll have support from Quality, Clinical Governance, HR & Operations teams and guidance from an approachable Executive Management team.

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered nurse would be desirable
• Operational leadership experience
• Preferred experience working in Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care legislation, Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS responsibilities
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
