Regional Manager - Home & Community Care

Step into a key leadership role with a well-established and growing Aged Care & Community Services provider. Based in Newcastle, this is a rare opportunity to lead a portfolio of HCP and CHSP clients across the Mid North Coast. You'll guide and support a team of Care Leaders to deliver exceptional, client-centred care throughout the region.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll work closely with a supportive and collaborative Executive group to shape and implement strategies for sustainable growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation is prepared and compliant with evolving regulatory standards and sector reforms.

About You

• AHPRA Registered Nurse, with proven experience in Community Services, Home Care, or Aged Care
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role, ideally overseeing services across multiple regions and driving client growth
• In-depth knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and upcoming Support at Home reforms
• Hold a current and unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
• Possess full Australian working rights
