The Opportunity
AES North Coast & Bangalow Vets are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead across two unique and thriving practices: an ECC hospital in North Coast and a progressive GP practice in Bangalow.
This dual-site leadership role offers the best of both worlds: guiding an enthusiastic and motivated emergency team while shaping the growth of a vibrant GP clinic, all in one of Australia’s most enviable lifestyle locations.
 Why Here?
- Bangalow: A charming, close-knit hinterland village with a strong sense of community, great food, and weekly markets.

- North Coast lifestyle: Breathtaking natural surrounds, hinterland hikes, family-friendly amenities, and easy access to Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
You’ll not only make an impact in the clinic, but also enjoy a region that offers work-life balance like nowhere else.
As Clinical Manager, you’ll:
- Mentor and support vets across both ECC and GP practice
- Champion clinical excellence through training, reviews, and case discussions
- Lead by example on the floor, balancing leadership with clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver patient-first outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ ECC (highly regarded)
- Prior leadership/mentorship experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Commitment to patient-first care and team development

About Animal Emergency Australia
We believe in making the world a better place for animals, one life at a time. Growing from a small company looking after the sickest and most critically ill pets, we now provide emergency vet care and general practice vet care across Queensland, Western Australia, and Tasmania.
A passion to help remains at the heart of our business, and as the crisis over the future of the veterinary profession deepens, we see an opportunity to build a different kind of company – a movement from vets for vets – one that is purpose-driven and has the wellbeing of veterinary professionals at its heart.
