THE ROLE:
Join a well-respected NFP aged care home in the Northern Tablelands as Facility Manager (RN). This is an exciting opportunity to lead both operations and clinical services, while making a genuine impact on residents, staff, and the wider community. We’re seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager who is passionate about driving quality care and leading a dedicated team.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse, Division 1
• Previous Aged Care Management experience (Director of Nursing / Residential Manager)
• Working knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
• Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
• Valid Driver's License
