About the Role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, leading an experienced Clinical Care Manager, 24/7 RN coverage, and a dedicated team of staff.

• Lead a skilled multi-disciplinary team with strong clinical support
• Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care in line with the new Aged Care Standards and organisational objectives
• Drive operational performance while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture
• Work alongside approachable senior leaders with support from AN-ACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams
• Enjoy guidance from a dedicated Quality & Education Officer and an approachable Executive Management team

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (desirable)
• Operational leadership experience
• Preferred background in Aged Care management
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care legislation, Accreditation, AN-ACC and WHS responsibilities
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
