Take the Lead on Scheduling, Crew Coordination and Equipment Logistics
We're looking for a highly organised and practical Senior Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Screens and Lighting division. Based in Osborne Park, this role plays a key part in keeping projects on track by managing schedules, crew allocations and gear logistics for major concerts, festivals, activations and touring events across WA.

You’ll be the glue between the warehouse, creative leads, production teams and on-site crew, ensuring everything is ready to go and runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

Coordinate project timelines and crew rosters for multiple concurrent events

Manage equipment logistics, truck loading schedules and gear allocations

Liaise with warehouse, lighting and video techs to ensure show readiness

Communicate with production managers, freelancers and internal departments

Maintain scheduling calendars and operational run sheets

Problem-solve resource clashes and last-minute changes calmly and confidently

Assist with day-to-day crew management and welfare

Assist with basic invoicing and cost tracking

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and basic site requirements

Work closely with the Senior Team to continuously improve systems and workflows

What you bring

3 to 5 years' experience in production coordination, crew scheduling or event logistics

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities

Strong communication skills across both warehouse teams and client-facing situations

A practical understanding of AV gear, lighting or video equipment (hands-on or admin side)

Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Familiarity with rostering or scheduling tools (Flex, Deputy or similar)

Familiarity with RMS software such as Current

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and a team-first attitude

WA driver's licence

Bonus skills

Experience in freight coordination or warehouse operations

Exposure to event bump-in or bump-out workflows

Tour management experience

Forklift licence or HR licence

Salary
$85,000 - $95,000 plus super
Remuneration negotiable for the right candidate
