Join Australia’s #1 Diesel Fuel Injection company as a Service Coordinator, playing a key role in the smooth operation of our Redcliffe workshop. You'll be the vital link between the service team, customers, and suppliers — making sure every job runs on time, every time.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service jobs and technician workloads
• Liaise with customers for job bookings, updates, and service quotes
• Manage parts ordering and inventory to support job efficiency
• Track job progress, update documentation, and assist with invoicing
• Collaborate with Workshop Manager to streamline operations
• Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Handle warranty claims and supplier communications

🎓 Experience:
To be an A-grade candidate, you’ll ideally bring:
✅ Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Coordinator, or in a similar mechanical admin role
✅ Knowledge of diesel systems, fuel injection, or heavy vehicle servicing
✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
✅ Confident communicator who can manage both customer and technician relationships
✅ Experience with workshop/job management software (e.g. Workshop Mate, AutoIT, MYOB)
