• Youth Program Coordinator
• Senior Youth Worker

Kalgoorlie PCYC is a dynamic community hub, providing young people with safe, fun, and engaging programs that build confidence, skills, and strong community connections. A key initiative is safeSPACE™ – a welcoming drop-in program that supports young people through positive activities, mentoring, and guidance from trusted youth officers as positive role models.

About the Roles

• As a Youth Program Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering exciting activities, building partnerships, and driving youth engagement for the program. Starting salary from $96,101 per annum.
• As a Senior Youth Worker, you’ll be hands-on with young people every day – guiding, supporting and encouraging them through safe, fun, and meaningful activities. Starting salary from $85,932.60 per annum

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with young people
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Possess a qualification in Youth Work/Community Services/Psychological or other related fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build positive relationships
