About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts and Office Allrounder to join our team at IMPACT BLINDS AND CURTAINS' in Pakenham South, VIC. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our Accounts and Administration functions. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, processing payments, and contributing to the overall day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Performing accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoicing, reconciling statements, and processing payments

Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting

Assisting with payroll and human resources-related tasks

Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and filing

Collaborating with the broader team to ensure efficient office operations

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar accounts and office administration role, preferably within the Accounting industry

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as MYOB

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Adaptability and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
