Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Officer (AP/AR) to manage the role in a standalone capacity. THE ROLE:

• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Expertise: Proven experience managing end-to-end accounts receivable and payable functions, including invoice processing, collections, payments, and supplier management.
• Perform accurate daily bank reconciliations ensuring data integrity and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Provide support to the finance team during the audit period
• Competency in using accounting software and corporate debit card systems
• Ability to document financial processes clearly and maintaining up-to-date procedural manuals
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

To be considered you will have/be able to:

• At least 2-3 years experience within an Accounts Officer role (Full function AP & AR)
• Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presenting...). Communicates clearly, builds rapport easily, and brings a positive, people-first approach.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and drive to complete tasks independently, proactively seeks solutions, and maintains focus and productivity without constant supervision
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm and in control under pressure
• Consistently dependable with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy and meeting deadlines.
