We are currently looking for an Accounts Officer with a talent in maintaining order and a keen eye for details and numbers.

Accounts Payable:

End to End Accounts Payable Processing for Multiple Entities

Recognising and Resolving Issues with Supplier and Trade Invoices

Maintaining Supplier Accounts

Email Inbox Maintenance Including Accounts Payable Invoice Submissions and Queries from Suppliers and Trades

Preparing Supplier Payment Runs

Company to Company Reconciliations

Remittance Advice Uploads and Notifications

Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports

Accounts Receivable:

Customer Invoicing and Credit Adjustments

Allocating Customer Payments

Pending Invoice Monitoring and Reporting

Debtor Reconciliation

Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports

Your Qualities:

Experience in a Similar Role Preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable and receivable experience required

Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company

Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy is King

Exquisite Time Management Skills

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate and Reconcile

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Experience using Accounts Software Xero Preferred

Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
