Established in 1982, Alzheimer’s WA provides care, support, awareness and information to assist people living with dementia, as well as their families and carers. Our services include advocacy, education, partnerships, training, consultancy and holistic person-centred care programs, based on a philosophy of understanding the lived experiences of those living with dementia. We provide CHSP, HCP and NDIS packages and day/overnight respite in our four homes based in Perth, Mandurah and Albany.

About The Role
As a Care Services Manager, you will be at the heart of our aged care service delivery—ensuring excellence in clinical care, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and champion dementia best practices across our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of aged care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for clients living with dementia.
- Supervise care teams, clinical assessments, and evidence-based care planning.
- Identify service gaps and implement responsive care solutions.
- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and accreditation standards including maintaining accurate reporting via My Aged Care Portal.
- Mentor and support care staff through onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (clients & families) and internal departments to coordinate care.
- Work closely with Care Operations Manager to manage budgets, monitor resources use across care programs, ensure efficient rostering, and support financial tracking and reporting.
What We Are Looking For
- Post Graduate Qualification in Health Care/Business (or similar) with at least 3 years relevant industry experience with experience at an Executive level.
- RN/clinical experience in aged care and prior leadership of clinical or care teams.
- Deep understanding of dementia care and person-centred approaches.
- Proven leadership in team management, compliance, and service coordination.
- Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement expertise.
- Experienced in budget management and operational reporting.
