Indigo (formerly Independent Living Centre WA) is a national organisation with its head office located in Perth. Our operations span the whole of Australia, with staff located in WA, NSW, and QLD. We are a leading provider of Assistive Technology (devices and equipment), home modifications, therapy, and professional education. We provide tailored allied health and AT solutions to people with disability, seniors, carers, health professionals and educators. THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Manager – Aged Care Services. Reporting to the Director – Allied Health Services, this position oversees our Aged Care Allied Health and Home Modification services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered outcomes for clients and their families.
In this role, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of allied health professionals and support staff, ensuring services are efficient, evidence-based, and aligned with aged care standards. You will actively contribute to clinical governance, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted provider of aged care services within the community.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of allied health and home modification services in aged care with a strong client focus.
Lead a team of dedicated allied health and support staff providing clinical expertise, supervision, and mentorship to ensure high quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with aged care standards, contracts, and organisational policies.
Drive innovation, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
THE CANDIDATE
You are an engaging leader who is passionate about improving aged care services and supporting teams to achieve their best. You will bring:
Leadership experience within aged care, allied health, or community services.
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and service delivery outcomes.
A sound understanding of aged care standards and evidence-based practice.
Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy) with AHPRA registration.
