The exciting opportunity

• Lead operational management of a residential aged care facility as part of the senior leadership team
• Drive quality, compliance, clinical governance, and resource management aligned with aged care legislation
• Manage and empower staff to deliver best-practice care and customer service, including managing feedback and complaints
• Hold full profit and loss responsibility, overseeing budgets, funding, rostering, and resource optimisation
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and the community to maximise occupancy and enhance reputation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management to raise service standards

About you

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Experience as a Residential Care Manager in aged care, with a passion for continuous improvement and change management
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Committed to high-quality, person-centred care and service delivery
• Meets essential requirements including flu vaccination and National Police Certificate
