About you:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or relevant discipline)
• Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance within aged care, health, or human services
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and legislative compliance
• Success in managing audits, regulatory relationships, and incident investigations
• Proven ability to analyse data, lead improvement plans, and empower multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication, resilience, and stakeholder management skills
• Postgrad qualifications in health management/quality/risk (desirable)
