We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Customer Success Officer to our team on a full-time basis.

You’ll play a vital role in overseeing and optimising installations across multiple job sites, working closely with both our team and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and installers

Offering support during site visits to address customer queries

Providing support and guidance to resolve challenges and ensure positive customer outcomes

Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and quality

The successful candidate will require the following:

Strong communication and people skills

Practical problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure
