Beaver Tree Services is one of Perth's largest and most successful Tree Services companies. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our administration team. This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service officer, preferably some who has previously worked in tree industry or labour sales industries

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

As the Customer Service Officer, you will:

• Respond to customer calls and emails to address their needs relating to jobs

• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face

• Provide customer with information

• Data entry • Invoicing

• Manage and update customers and clients database

• Schedule quotations and jobs

• Perform general administration tasks

• Support other departments We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will also have:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• At least two years in a customer service position

• Extensive experience using MS Office (Outlook; Excel & Word)

• Proficiency in Excel including basic formulas is required

• Ability to multi task

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent team player
