Now, we’re looking for our next Customer Success Manager to join the team.

About the Role
As our next Customer Success Manager, you’ll start in a role with strong growth potential as both our business and Customer Success function scale. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that helps our partners and users get the absolute best out of our platform by:

  • Delivering standout onboarding, support, and customer success experiences for users
  • Collaborating on training resources that help users get the most out of our platform
  • Driving data analysis and integrity, highlighting insights and resolving discrepancies quickly
  • Supporting partners through implementation to ensure the success of their sites and long-term adoption

This isn’t just a support role, it’s about building relationships, problem-solving, and helping shape the way Australia connects jobs and skills.

About You
