The role

Start or accelerate your marketing career in a supportive studio environment. You will provide hands-on support across social media, content and general marketing, with training and mentoring. This role is a pathway into Social Media Manager or Content Creator roles over time, and is ideal for an organised communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and teammates.

What you will do

· Assist with content calendars, scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, maintain community standards.

· Support content production, short-form video, photography, simple graphics in Canva or Adobe, and write captions and short copy.

· Assist with proposals and content strategies for prospective clients, help deliver workshops and events.

· Keep organised records and contribute to smooth project workflows, attend networking events and represent the agency professionally.

· Visit clients to capture content, photos and videos, and strengthen relationships.

What you will bring

· Excellent people and relationship skills, confident taking briefs and running check-ins with clients.

· Early-career experience or studies in marketing, communications or a related field, or self-taught skills.

· Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud basics, and standard scheduling, publishing and reporting tools.

· Clear writing skills suited to corporate audiences and brand tone.

· Nice to have: agency experience, and experience telling regional WA stories.

Salary, tools and hours

· $70,000 to $85,000 + super and allowances, depending on experience.

· All equipment and software provided, including the latest iPhone.
