THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about real estate, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in both traditional and digital marketing channels. As the Marketing and Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our sales and property management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Yard Property’s listings and services.

Manage and create content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.

Coordinate and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives within the real estate industry and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Organize and support company and community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

Assist with property & corporate copywriting & proofreading.

Develop & implement new marketing campaigns and projects to increase new consumer engagement and improve brand awareness.

Maintain corporate sponsorship relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:

Qualification in Graphic Design or Marketing.

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail and good team player.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong computer literacy.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.

A positive, friendly personality with pride in professional personal presentation.

Work to an ideal week yet be open and flexible to unpredictable urgent tasks.

Must be able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage your workload.
