About AICP

Since 2019, the Australian Institute of Compliance Professionals (AICP) has been the trusted authority in RTO compliance training. Founded by Alex Schroder - forensic auditor, regulatory specialist, and one of Australia’s most respected VET compliance experts - AICP was built to meet the sector’s demand for training that’s practical, contextualised, and written by the sector, for the sector.

The Role

This is a fun, exciting, and creative role where no two days will look the same. We’re seeking an energetic and capable Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based team in a full-time position.

You’ll lead the way in bringing AICP to life - creating dynamic campaigns, capturing learner stories, producing engaging multimedia content, managing enquiries, and ensuring every learner has a smooth journey from first contact to graduation and beyond. While you’ll receive training and support, we’re looking for someone with enough experience, creativity, and confidence to lead these efforts forward.

And while this role has specific responsibilities, the successful candidate will also need to be willing to work across functions and support the wider team where needed. We value collaboration, adaptability, and people who pitch in to get the job done.

Marketing Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Write blogs, newsletters, and campaign content that educate, inspire, and entertain our audience.

Develop fun, dynamic campaigns that position AICP as the voice of authority in compliance.

Generate creative ideas for campaigns and content, bringing them to life in a fun, dynamic, and engaging way.

Create multimedia content including videos, podcasts, and other formats that capture attention and build community.

Schedule, forward-plan, and lead all marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring they align with business priorities.

Work with external advertising agencies to co-manage paid campaigns and optimise results.

Collect and showcase learner testimonials to strengthen AICP’s reputation.

Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with RTO Standards and AICP policies.

Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the team.

Success in Marketing Looks Like

Consistently coming up with fresh, creative ideas that engage learners and build AICP’s authority.

Delivering well-planned, forward-scheduled campaigns that run smoothly and on time.

Producing engaging videos, podcasts, and other content formats that expand reach and connect with new audiences.

Taking ownership to lead and coordinate all marketing activities, from idea through to execution.

Generating steady streams of qualified enquiries for the sales pipeline.

Building a library of learner testimonials and case studies that showcase AICP’s impact and reputation.

Achieving strong campaign performance metrics across organic and paid channels.

Ensuring all marketing activities are audit-ready and aligned with RTO Standards.

Creating a recognisable, trusted brand presence that supports long-term growth and learner loyalty.

Sales Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and referrals.

Use our CRM to capture, track, and nurture leads, ensuring every interaction is recorded and followed up.

Take ownership of converting enquiries into enrolments, guiding prospective learners with professionalism and care to ensure a seamless learner journey.

Provide timely, professional, and engaging responses that create a strong first impression of AICP.

Ensure all sales conversations, enrolment processes, and record-keeping are compliant with RTO Standards and AICP policies.

Support the leadership team with reporting, providing clear updates on pipeline health, conversion rates, and learner trends.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting ways to optimise sales processes and learner experience.

Enjoy the opportunity to earn performance-related bonuses on top of your base salary, recognising success in enquiry-to-enrolment conversion and learner engagement.

Success in Sales Looks Like

Consistently achieving high enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates.

Building strong connections that deliver positive learner feedback on the enrolment process.

Leading the growth of enrolment numbers across AICP’s courses and programs.

Maintaining accurate CRM records and timely reporting that support business decisions.

Ensuring all sales and enrolment activities are audit-ready and compliant with RTO Standards.

Demonstrating how campaigns translate into measurable results.

Playing a visible role in strengthening AICP’s reputation as the trusted authority in RTO compliance education.
