Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Manage and post content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build our online community.

Content Creation

• Write and edit blog posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Research, write, and design client case studies to highlight our success stories.
• Plan, produce, and promote a monthly podcast/vodcast.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

PPC Advertising

• Create and manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and maximize ROI through targeted strategies.

Graphic Design

• Design brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines.

Email Campaigns

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements.

Video Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

General Marketing Support

• Maintain and update the company website.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and competitor activities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a diverse skill set.
• Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
