We're Hiring: Accountant / Office Supervisor

Location: Sydney

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Join a dynamic team supporting local and international IT deployments. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant / Office Supervisor to take ownership of financial operations, HR support, and office administration.

You will have a full-time admin assistant reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting

Oversee purchase orders and accounts receivable/payable

Manage HR functions including leave accrual and payroll

Ensure top-tier customer service and stakeholder communication

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and office administration

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office

HR experience preferred

A degree in accounting

Knowledge of RDO’s and retentions

IT / Construction industry experience is a plus

Full working rights in Australia required
