We’re on the lookout for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our supportive team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and advisory services while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns for individuals, partnership, companies, trusts.

Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and (IAS).

Supporting senior accountants in tax planning and compliance activities.

Performing general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.

Liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Ambitious to complete your CA or CPA

Minimum 1 years' experience in an Australian Chartered Accounting firm preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and activity statements.

Experience with cloud-based accounting software including MYOB and XERO.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
